What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Workouts are an hour (That’s right, we get it in baby!) and generally include: Core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strengthening, jumping rope, sport drills, obstacle courses, and more crazy creations intended to make you sweat ridiculously, curse the instructor and wake up thinner the next day.
What do I bring to class?
Bottled water and a small towel are optional.
